Simple Criteria to get courtesy car is , Other driver should be at fault , You should have at fault details , the one at fault should have insurance , You should  take  location of accident , circumstances of accident , and detail of vehicle involved in accident etc.

If you are involved in accident , and you are not at fault ,  then insurance company of driver at fault will bear the cost of  replacement car.

It is usually the insurance company who decide  weather your car should be  repaired or written off , lot of factors are involved in it like ,repair cost to  insurance company , Condition of car after accident , compensation insurance company agreed to pay in case of written off cars , usually insurance company  choose options which are cheaper for them , but you can have independent review of your car if you are not agreed with your insurance company decision.

IF you are not at fault , then usually most of the costs like , cost of towing , cost of repair , and rent of your new courtesy car  is either recovered from insurance company of  driver at fault or from driver at fault .

We recover  those costs from insurance of  driver at fault .  However you need to assist us to recover those costs , by providing required documents etc which help us to recover costs.  However you are liable to pay costs like , Fuel , Toll , Damage to car  etc. which will be explained to you while offering accidental replacement car.

Yes you can get car on rent from us , but if you are on fault , you need to pay the Rent  & Other associated costs.
